You Only Need This ONE Thing To Have A Business

Starting a business or a side hustle and maintaining a business or full-time self-employment is simple in theory but difficult in reality.

Often we focus on the wrong areas of our endeavors.

Copy writing genius and speaker Ray Edwards recently shared the 11 things you DO NOT NEED FIRST in your business.

AT FIRST YOU DO NOT NEED

  1. A List
  2. A Product
  3. A Logo
  4. A Website
  5. Traffic
  6. Testimonials
  7. A Podcast
  8. YouTube Channel
  9. Office Space
  10. To be incorporated
  11. or a Huge following

You can have all 11 of these items BUT STILL NOT HAVE A BUSINESS.

What You Need In Order To Have A Business

You need paying clients or customers.

That’s it.

It’s that simple.

You and Apple, Google, Amazon, Uber, McDonald’s, Netflix, etc. are in the same business.

You are in customer acquisition.

“If you love and serve man, you cannot, by any hiding or stratagem, escape remuneration."
~Ralph Waldo Emerson

How To Gather Clients FAST

One of the hottest and most effective marketing method working today to scale businesses massively is by running CHALLENGES.

My friend and mentor Jeff Goins has a 31 Writing Challenge.

Those wanted to develop the habit of writing and become an author that makes money from their writing join this challenge to get in the habit of writing 500 words each day. Many then post in the Facebook group how they have kept their daily writing streak going for months and years.

Jeff grew his audience and client base through participants getting daily writing prompts from him and eventually many purchased his courses and joined his various paid communities.

4 Things You Need In Your Challenge

While there are dozens if not more moving parts in your challenge, you will need to address these four main areas.

1. CLARITY: Your Challenge goals need to be clear to you and clear to the participant.

2. K.I.S.S.: As my mom said, “keep it simple sweetie.”

3. ENGAGE: Provide supportive content that is interactive. The more involved the participant is, the longer they will stay through the challenge

4. DELIVERY: make sure your delivery system works. If you are sending automated content, test your email sequences BEFORE the challenge starts.

I invite you to join me as I go through Pedro’s 5-Day Movement Maker Challenge, click here .

I meet Pedro last week when I was on a Zoom call with my friend Matt McWilliams.

I never heard of Pedro even though he's worked with people I have such as Tony Robbins, Russell Brunson, and Daymond John, to name drop a few. ;^)

While Pedro's business model is being used by big-name entrepreneurs, his model has helped hundreds and hundreds of entrepreneurs who are brand new to his business model and they are making an income and impact online.

Do yourself and your business (even if you haven't launched it yet) a HUGE favor and check out Pedro's business model at https://ericsgale.com/pedro
